Mike Skinner launches SexyB clothing and accessories

Toronto, ON - August 27, 2008 - SexyB Inc. launches today revealing an initial line of logo'd ladies styles for the 18 - 35 year old market. The styles are fun, sometimes frivolous, and always a bit sexy. "The letter B can stand for whatever the wearer, or admirer, wants it to mean" says Mike with a smile.

Styles include items from club wear, to beachwear, to something for the boudoir. Sales are expected to be through the SexyB.ca website, as well as other sites based on that theme.

VFI to acquire Abiam Products Inc.

TORONTO, ON. - February 20th, 2007 - Video Furniture International, a leading manufacturer of Audio Video furniture and Abiam Products Inc., a leader in audio video metal fabrication, today announced that they have signed a definitive agreement which Video Furniture International will acquire Abiam Products Inc., as part of the VE Group of companies.

This acquisition will provide VFI with the ability to address not only the furniture demand, but also introduce metal rack and accessory solutions to their dealers.  “We feel that by combining the two companies, we will have the ability to expand as a company, as well as introduce new product lines consisting of hybrid furniture (both wood and metal)”,  This will also aid our dealers by providing a single source ordering capability, consistent  with today’s purchasing trends. says VFI CEO, Mike Skinner.

In addition, VFI will be relocating in the fall to a new facility, currently under construction. They will be expanding from 18,000 sq ft to over 40,000 sq ft. The expansion will allow the incorporation of Abiam Products and VFI under one roof, improving logistics and turnover times.  VFI has also expressed their intentions of keeping Abiam Products’ inventory in their Buffalo, New York warehouse, to keep with their current standards of fast shipping and customer satisfaction.
