Mike was born in the UK and at an early age moved with his family to New Zealand. At 16yrs of age he again moved with his family to Canada, a country he has since called home. In 1972 he became a full Canadian citizen.

Over the years, Mike worked at many diverse things from retail management to design drafting, real estate sales to purchasing management. Each of these various careers in one form or other prepared Mike for what he does today, successfully running his own furniture manufacturing business. One of his proudest milestones was in 2002 being named to Profit Magazine's list of Top 50 Hottest Start Up Companies.

Mike, through his company, has since its founding been involved with the community in which we work, whether it is supporting local children’s sports teams, or being active in fund raising for Variety Village, a sports and support facility for handicapped adults and children, to helping provide portable defibrillator units to fire trucks and local community centers.

Probably due to his parents having brought him around the world once by the time he was 16, he has developed a passion for travel. As this web site grows, you will be able to see some of the location he has visited, through his passion for digital photography. Come back often for updates.

Turning his design success to a softer side, Mike has launched the SexyB, line of fun clothing for women.
